Microsoft admitting Windows 11 has its share of issues is a big step for any company. I personally don’t understand why it always takes so long for companies like Microsoft to admit it.
Pefect will never be achived and that is a good thing.
We use the products everyday, we know there are problems. We shouldn’t have to drive you to the point you have to admit it. Accept there are flaws and instead of blaming some other part of the hardware in a system focus on resolving the issue.
As an end user and even Microsoft execs need to remember it’s software created by humans. I don’t care how many times you look over the code or expect something to work a certain way there is going to be issues.
In the end we are all Beta testing for any software.
The resolution is with the techs that handle the support calls. Blaming an issue on hardware or another software package by assuming your software isn’t flawed is a faliure in your ability to offer support. Keep an open mind about the issue anit may point you to the software you created and how it may even be flawed.
