Microsoft is trying to mend some fences with it’s fed up users looking at other options.
Personally, I’m not expecting any change but I’d be happy to be proven wrong. The biggest issue that happens with so many large ISP’s and IT companies is basically handling every issue as “It’s not our problem”.
I’ve spent 29 years in this business and there was a time it wasn’t that way. Well, that’s not working in the world today.
The end user expects you to do better.
Having a large grasp on the market doesn’t give you a pass on being a better programmer, company and service provider when there are issues.
